You can now use the official Twitter connection in Splatoon 3 to represent your preferred team in the Pokémon Splatfest.

Splatoon 3, along with Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, will be participating in a completely new crossover event called Splatfest. The new Splatfest features the three new Pokémon that players have the option of selecting as their beginning Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Nintendo is providing a tool that will allow you to personalize your official Twitter profile as part of the marketing for the Splatfest event. When the Splatfest begins, if you have registered your Twitter symbol on the Nintendo website and connected it with your Nintendo Account, a special frame will display around your profile picture on Twitter.

You will be required to choose a supporting team in order to complete the registration process for your Twitter account. Players of Splatoon 3 will be able to choose which Pokémon team they back at the Pokémon Splatfest by supporting either Sprigatito, Fuecoco, or Quaxly.

If you choose to link your Twitter account to a supporting team, the color of your profile image will correspond to the color of the team you are supporting. If you support Sprigatito, your Twitter icon will be green. If you support Fuecoco, your icon will be red. If you support Quaxly, your icon will be blue.

During the intermediate report for Splatfest, your profile frame will transform, and different colors of ink will be splattered on your picture. The modifications that are made to your profile are determined by the position that your team is currently in during the Splatfest. If your team is performing well, the amount of ink that is on your symbol will decrease.

At nine in the morning on November 14, your Splatfest frame should be deleted. If you have already registered but later decide that you want to change your icon, you will need to cancel your registration and then re-register after making the change.

It will also automatically change depending on who is leading at Halftime.

This Splatoon x Scarlet and Violet Splatfest is going to be Nintendo’s most ambitious event ever. In addition to that, the firm was selling unique keychains based on the Splatoon characters Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Players have the option of purchasing these keychains through the official Nintendo online store; however, in order to do so, they will need to first have a My Nintendo account and then use their points from that account to make the purchase. Since then, all of the keychains have been purchased.
