In Pokémon Go, the event known as the Festival of Lights will take place once more in the middle of the month of October. Beginning on the 14th of October, the celebration won’t last long, but there will be plenty of goodies and Pokémon for players to enjoy as we race toward the conclusion of the month and the big Halloween event. Morelull and Shiinotic will be making their first appearances in Pokémon Go during this year’s Festival of Lights celebration.
Morelull is the initial form of these two Pokémon, and it will be the form that you see most frequently in the wild while participating in the event. You can develop a Morelull into a Shiinotic if you get 50 Morelull Candy by catching a certain number of Morelull. Both of these Pokémon are of the Grass and Fairy types, which gives them a wide range of possible uses in battle against other players.
Pikachu, Vulpix, Magnemite, Chinchou, Litwick, Litleo, Helioptile, and Dedenne are some of the other Pokémon that are likely to be seen in the wild with Morelull. In addition, there is a possibility that the players will come across a Galarian Ponyta and Togedemaru if they are fortunate enough to do so.
The use of incense gives players a chance to run with Alolan Geodude, Blitzle, Darumaka, Litwick, Dedenne, or Morelull as they are adventuring about the world. Through the use of this strategy, there is a possibility that players will stumble into a Galarian Ponyta or a Galarian Darumaka.
If Galarian Ponyta, Darumaka, Dedenne, or Morelull spawn in a player’s local region, then they will appear in one-star raids the player participates in. We have at our disposal Alolan Raichu, Galarian Weezing, Mawile, and Hisuian Braviary for use in three-star raids. Finally, Xerneas will be obtainable in the highlighted five-star raids, and there will be a possibility that you may acquire a shiny variant of this Pokémon.
The dates of October 14 through October 17 have been set for the Festival of Lights 2022 event. On October 15, Litwick will be holding its Community Day event, which everyone is strongly encouraged to participate in so that they have a better chance of catching enough Litwick to develop their Chandelure into a Chandelure and teaching it the next Ghost-type move, Poltergeist.
