The second season of MultiVersus has at long last begun, and there is a great deal for fans to experience both at the premiere and in the time that follows. The update not only brings new cosmetics to the fighting game but also has some nice surprises in store for players who wish to earn more while they are playing.
To begin, once a player reaches a new Tier, they will no longer be left with anything to show for their efforts in the Battle Pass, regardless of whether they are using the Premium or free version. Even though it has been disclosed that Marvin the Martian and a Game of Thrones map are going to be released shortly, the game’s new store page already has a lot of content to offer players in the meanwhile.
Players are now able to check out the new items that have been added to the in-game store now that Season 2 has begun. Samurai Batman, Uncle Shagworthy, Evil Morty, and Fern are among the first skins available for it, and all of them can be acquired using the in-game money known as Gleamium. Players that have used up all of their Gleamium shouldn’t have much problem obtaining additional cosmetics if they play their cards right. The game now includes a Battle Pass for the first first time, and it offers a prize at each of its free and Premium Tiers for players who want to purchase the pass.
In addition, Player First Games has provided some information on the impending appearance of the Looney Tunes character Marvin the Martian. It is speculated that the figure will soon make his appearance with skills that utilize the technology and spaceship known as the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator.
In terms of the show’s potential future settings, it appears like Season 2 will take place in Westeros, on a Game of Thrones set that features the Iron Throne in the backdrop. There is currently no set release date for any of these upgrades; however, it has been mentioned that Marvin’s whole kit will be released in the near future.
In the meanwhile, gamers that play the game online should notice improvements to the servers, as more tweaks have been made to improve the stability and latency of the game itself. On the other hand, this is only one of several modifications that the seasonal update has brought about.
Even the new Big Head Mode has been added to the Silly Queue, and several characters’ actions have been fine-tuned as a result of the patch. The most recent addition to the game, Black Adam, is included in this category. As a DC antihero, Black Adam will have improvements made to his Aerial Specials as well as his Ground Up Attack.
