There is a good chance that Microsoft is getting ready to present a new lineup of Xbox Games.

At the very least, this is what the well-respected journalist Jez Corden stated on Twitter a few hours ago. In his response to a Twitter discussion concerning impending first-party releases, Corden, who writes for Windows Central, seems to imply that an announcement would be made in the next few days. Corden did add that “something” is absolutely “cooking” at Microsoft, but unfortunately, no additional information was provided. However, Corden did say that Microsoft is “cooking” something.

“Give it some time,” they said.

The journalist sent out a tweet.

Microsoft held the most recent Xbox Showcase in June of the previous year. However, interestingly, a month ago, the hosts of the Xbox2 podcast “Rand Al Thor” and Corden claimed to have already heard from “many sources” that Microsoft is preparing for a new showcase to take place in the early part of 2023.

A few days ago, Corden hinted that fans might anticipate a new Xbox event shortly.

“You shouldn’t be waiting for an excessively long time, but perhaps the term display is too harsh. On Twitter a week ago, Corden posed the question, “Direct maybe?”

“Not sure on the scale yet, but don’t expect such a gigantic E3 show,”

They said.

“Not sure on the scale yet.”

Aaron Greenberg, who works for Microsoft, also hinted about an impending announcement a month ago.
