You will find out that the Hafgufa that was kidnapped in the cave inhabited by Dark Elves is a Hafgufa when you are progressing through the Secret of the Sands Favour in God of War Ragnarok. Now that space is available, you may hop over to it and examine the bindings that are located to your right. You should be able to find a Twilight Stone hiding below the initial binding. Adjust your aim such that you will strike the first binding before striking the other two, and then launch your Leviathan Axe when the blue line on your trail appears.

When you have finished removing those bonds, the last one will be waiting for you back at the center of the room.
