How to Meet the Requirements to Compete in the FUT Champions in FIFA 23

The most challenging and exciting multiplayer game in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team is called FUT Champions, or FUT Champs for short (FUT). Participating in FUT Champions allows you to earn some of the finest rewards available in the game; but, in order to participate, you must first qualify, which requires a significant investment of time, effort, and expertise.

How to Get into the FUT Championships

You need to accumulate a certain amount of Qualification Points in order to be eligible for the FUT Champions tournament. This amount is subject to change from one season to the next, however, for the first season of FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, it is 1250 Qualification Points.

Participating in Division Rivals matches is necessary in order to accumulate Qualification Points. You are under no obligation to win those matches against your Division’s Rivals; but, doing so will result in a significant increase in the number of Qualification Points you earn.

When you get promoted to higher divisions in Division Rivals, not only does the amount of Qualification Points you receive at the end of each week increase, but so does the number of Qualification Points you receive regardless of whether you win, draw, or lose a match.

The table that follows displays the rewards in Qualification Points that are given out for each possible result and division.

If you are beginning from square one, you are going to have to compete in a lot of games before you can become eligible for the FUT Champions tournament. It will take at least 35 bouts or so, and that’s assuming you’re incredibly good at what you do and win most of the time.

On the other hand, if you are successful in Division Rivals and make it to the upper divisions, you should be able to automatically qualify for FUT Champions each week without having to put in an excessive amount of effort.
