Nibbles the Cat is the newest addition to the family of characters that can be found in Cyberpunk 2077. Nibbles, who was added to the game with the latest update for Edgerunners, has discovered a place for himself befitting of the genuine king that he is.

You have the option in the game to give this cat a forever home and give him the name of your choice. However, in order to accomplish that goal, you will first need to finish a little side quest that the game gives you.

In contrast to most of the side tasks available in Cyberpunk 2077, the one involving Nibbles the Cat is incredibly easy to do. The steps that need to be taken are as follows:

You will need to make your way back to the flat you shared in Little China if you want to get a hold of Nibbles. You can utilize the quick travel mechanism to go to the Megabuilding H10: Atrium if you’re feeling really unmotivated or if you’ve gotten yourself completely lost. Take the elevator up to your floor, but don’t go into your apartment until I give you the all-clear.

Instead, go all the way to the end of the corridor while keeping to the right side of the path. If you’ve done everything right up to this point, you should now be standing in front of an apartment building with the number 0721 written on the door. If you turn right one more time from this point, you should eventually see a garbage can in front of you.

When you go closer to the garbage can, a pop-up will appear that instructs you to “Feed teh cat.” When you first interact with the message, you will be requested to put some food in the bowl for Nibbles the Cat as soon as the suggestion appears on the screen.

After you have finished this, you should go back to your flat and get some rest. When you wake up, come back to this location, and you’ll see Nibbles munching. To pick up the cat, get in close proximity to it and engage in conversation with it.

After you have finished doing this, Nibbles the Cat will be returned to your apartment without further action on your side. This concludes the side job, and as a thank-you gift, you will receive Nibbles. Even if it isn’t very much, it’s the result of hard work done in good faith!
